Every employee at Freddie Mac has the opportunity to GIVE to, SERVE in, and IMPACT the communities around us.
At Freddie Mac, community service is a central component of our culture. We are passionate about giving back to the nonprofit partners that support individuals in need of support in the communities where we live, work and do business.
Our Mission
Community Crew provides a Corporate Community Engagement Program aligned with the company’s focus on housing and financial literacy to positively impact the internal community of employees, as well as the external communities in which we live, work and do business. All volunteer opportunities are done in partnership with Community Crew and tracked through our Community Crew Portal.
Here at Freddie Mac, we make home possible. Since 1970, we have provided more than $10 trillion to support homeowners and renters, making home possible nearly 80 million times. That’s 50 years of impact. And while we will never meet all the people we impact, we are a part of their story, and they are a part of ours.
While our Community Crew in-person events are canceled, we encourage you to continue giving back to our local community. We have created a series of virtual outreach activities in support of leading non-profit organizations that support the homeless community as well as transitional and affordable housing.
How It Works
How The Match Works
The Company will match / credit a maximum of $25 total per calendar year, per employee, to the identified organization of the event. You must make minimum purchase of $25 in order to receive the credit of $25. We can place this in between the How it Work wording and the boxes.

Make Your Purchase
Click the Match Your Purchase Icon and select the items in your cart that you would like to double or triple to a $25 value.
Take A Photo
Upon check out, write a note of encouragement, take a photo of your completed cart (include yourself) and submit to your event lead.
